Refund policy

14 days, no questions

If Vetomica is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, the first one or a renewal, and you get that payment back in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and the Merchant of Record for every order. Reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or ask at paddle.net, or write to us at [contact email]. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After 14 days a payment is not refunded, but you are never charged again once you cancel.

The free plan

Every animal, layer and name stays free with an account, so there is nothing to refund there.
