Single tendon from the supraglenoid tubercle, running through the intertubercular groove.
Insertion
Radial tuberosity and the ulnar tuberosity on the medial side of the proximal forearm.

Flexes the elbow and extends the shoulder; stabilises the shoulder when bearing weight.
Nerve
Musculocutaneous nerve.
